2010 Levi’s VIP College Final Four Contest Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Dates:  The Levi’s VIP College Final Four Contest (The Contest or Contest starts on March 15, 2010 and ends May 1st, 2010 (The “Promotional Period”).

2. Eligibility: The Contest is open only to legal residents, age 21 and over, of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.  Employees of Levi Strauss & Co. (”Sponsor”), Rhino Lacrosse and its subsidiaries, affiliates, staff, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter.  The Contest is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.  Entering the Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, including by entering contest you agree to be added to all sponsors mailing lists so that all sponsors can market their events, promotions, company, etc. to you and all those who sign up. These Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.  Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. To Enter: During the Promotion Period, visit http://www.facebook.compages/rhinolacrosse and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration. Complete and submit the registration, including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Contest.  Each participant may enter only one (1) time during the Promotion Period.  Multiple entrants are not permitted.

5. Administrator: Rhino Lacrosse, Inc., 1631 NE Broadway PMB #104, Portland, OR 97232.

6. Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to the 2010 NCAA Lacrosse Final Four Game in Baltimore, MD.  Trip package includes round-trip, coach-class air transportation for two (3) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Baltimore, MD; three (3) night accommodations at a hotel of Sponsor’s choice (single room, double occupancy); two (2) tickets to the 2010 NCAA Lacrosse Final Four to be held on May 29th, 2010- May 31st, 2010  (seat locations determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”): $3,000. Winner must commence travel on May 28th, 2010 and end on May 31st, 2010. All travelers must travel on same itinerary. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. The Sponsor is not responsible if the NCAA Lacrosse Final Four or any event listed above is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed for tickets and/or opportunity to attend the event. Tickets may be subject to issuer’s standard rain-check policies and procedures. All expenses, travel, and other costs not expressly stated in the package description above are the sole responsibility of winner. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of prize documents. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, vouchers or certificates will not be replaced. By accepting ticket prize, winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the ticket. Sponsor is not responsible if winner does not use ticket on day of event. The ARV of travel may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Each winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during Entry Period. Contest winner must have a valid driver’s license before Contest Prize is awarded.

7. Drawing:  Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted on or about May 1st, 2010 under the supervision of Rhino Lacrosse whose decisions are final and binding. Winner will be notified by mail, email or phone and will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and a Publicity Release (Affidavit) within 7 days of date specified on notification, or an alternate winner will be selected. If an Affidavit is returned as undelivered, it will result in disqualification, and the Contest will be awarded to alternative winner in a separate random drawing. No substitutions are permitted except if Prize is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prize is not redeemable for cash. Prize is non-assignable or transferable except to surviving spouse. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes.  Any other incidental expenses on Prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. Permission/Release: Entry of The Contest and/or acceptance of The Prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, hometown and likeness for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration expect where prohibited by law. Entry of The Contest and/or acceptance of The Prize also constitutes permission to use winners contact information, including name, email address, phone number and mailing address for all Contest sponsors for promotional and marketing use. Participating entrants agree to these rules and the decisions of the judges and The Sponsor, and release The Sponsor, Administrator and their affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in The Contest, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance and use of The Prize. The Sponsor, Administrator and their affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in The Contest are allowed to change rules and regulations of The Contest at any time. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in The Contest. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of The Contest or in the announcement of The Contest.

9. Winner Notice: For a copy of The Contest winner, (available after 5/1/10), send a self-addressed stamped envelope and written request by 6/15/10 to: Rhino Lacrosse, Inc., 1631 NE Broadway PMB #104, Portland, OR 97232.

10. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the state of California, City of San Francisco; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

11. Mailing List: If you would like your name removed from Sponsor’s mailing list please send your request to Rhino Lacrosse, Inc., 1631 NE Broadway PMB #104, Portland, OR 97232 and your name will be removed within sixty (60) days of the request
