ELIGIBILITY: Boys and Girls Grades entering 3rd-12th grade
COST:
Before April 1st, 2013- $60
Before May 1st, 2013- $65
After May 1st, 2013- $70
*Enrollment is free for goalies attending the West Linn Academy June 18th- 21st! If you are attending the West Linn Academy you do not need to register online for this event.
**Goalies will be responsible for having full goalie equipment. Loaner gear will NOT be provided by Rhino Lacrosse.
CLINIC INFO:
Rhino Lacrosse is pleased to bring back our fifth Annual Rhino Lacrosse Goalie Clinic at Mary S. Young State Park in West Linn, Oregon. This clinic will take place for one day only from 9:00am to 12:00pm on Monday June 17th 2013 and feature Hall of Fame stopper Brian Dougherty.
The Rhino Goalie Clinic is an excellent way for all goalies to learn the fundamentals and nuances of the position taught by National Lacrosse Hall of Fame Goalie Brian Doughrety. For goalies attending the West Linn Academy this Clinic is included and precedes the camp as a way for the goalies to become familiar with coach Dougherty and his staff as well as to outline the principles and techniques they will be working on throughout the week at the Academy. Our coaches will cover the following aspects of the goal tending position; positioning (from up top, wings and behind), techniques, defending shots on the run, one on one shots, effective communication, and drills to do in the off-season. All players will leave the clinic knowing all-important facets of the game from positioning and stick work to the tips, tricks and techniques of top-notch goalies.
