Q & A:
What is your favorite lacrosse moment? Coaching in the MCLA national championship game last year, after starting the season ranked number 21 in the country.
Who is your biggest lacrosse mentor?
My dad, Curt
What comes to mind when you think Ryan Powell and Rhino Lacrosse? Ryan and the Rhino program are committed to the development of lacrosse in the Northwest. Ryan is one of those rare guys that is not only one of the best in the game on the field, but is absolutely incredible at passing his knowledge and experience to players in the way that he coaches.
Can you tell us what you currently do with yourself and what do you spend your time doing?
When I’m not slanging Nike goods to teams, I am on the field as a coach at Chapman University in California. I also coach a travel lax team over in Europe each summer.
If you had to come up with a goal for you and your lacrosse career, what would it be?
Been to the big dance as a coach, but there is still no ring on my finger. Winning a national championship with Chapman would certainly be at the top of my list.
