Team registration for the 2012 Turkey Bowl is open!
Registration instructions:
1) Only one person will register for the team.
2) Go to your account with Rhino Lacrosse. If you do not have an account set up with our online registration system, set one up HERE.
3) Next to “Teams” click on “Add Teams”
4) Add your Team Name and the division for which your team is registering for
5) When click continue, then click “Register” next to the team name
6) Enter the names of the “helpers” (coaches) as well as the “players” on your team roster. You will have the opportunity to go back in as you gather your team to update the roster.
7) Check out!
All players on your team will need to fill out and turn in the following the attached Medical Waiver Form. Each athlete (if over 18) or their parent (if under 18) must complete and sign the waiver attached HERE. Instruct your players to download and complete this form.Please be sure to send in ALL of your waivers together and at the same time, along with the team name completed and attached. The waivers must be RECEIVED 30 minutes prior to your first game. Every team will need an adult coach/representative on the sideline of every game.
