Stick Skills Training
Rhino’s Stick Skills training program gives players the opportunity to improve their stick skills while also working to increase a players athleticism. Incorporated into the Stick Skills training is Rhino’s unique and original Root B 22 Training system. Root B 22 was developed by Ryan Powell as a way for players to improve their stick skills, hand-eye coordination, balance and agility not just at the same time but in a fun, fast paced and unique environment. This program gives players an opportunity to enhance the core elements of their game in way that will improve on field performance. Every player on the field has to be able to use their stick in an efficient and precise manner and this program WILL improve your stick skills and up your game.

2014 Pre Season Stick Skills Training Program Details
6 Saturday morning sessions from 10:30am-12:00pm: January 11th, 18th, 25th, February 1st, 8th, 15th
Open to boys and girls in grades 5th-9th
